One could possibly think that while watching training videos on the internet. Pros (especially the US ones) always have a bad technique in such videos, just so they can lift more wieght. For example I saw a video of Ronnie in which he was doin Squats with an incredible amount of weight. But he was doing only 3 reps. Ronnie said after that that he would never train like that. He usually does about 20 reps for squats! What I want to say is, that the Pros only do such crazy stuff in the videos, so they look stronger and more aggressive. Most of them train clever!
